Russia’s air force will obtain more than 100 Yak-130 combat training airplanes after 2009, the defense ministry’s press service reports.
“This year will are concluding experimental and design work on the new airplane. It is supposed to arrive in our training regiments from 2009. The delivery of more than 100 Yak-130 combat trainers is intended,” Russia’s air force commander-in-chief, General-Colonel Aleksandr Zelin, reported to journalists.
